Having spent over 15 years working with people and in human behaviour, I pride myself

on my professional background in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Coaching, and Breathwork. Being ICF and IBF certified aligns with my values and high standards to continually commit to excellence in all I do for myself, my team, and clients.

I discovered my voice whilst working in the corporate world and suddenly realised there was more for me to give when I decided to transfer and maximize on my skills through working more closely with individuals from corporate, entrepreneurial, and 121 settings. I decided it was time to step away from the sticking plaster we see all too often and instead hold space for women to go deeper, to enable greater understanding of who they truly are.

I am driven by a mission to transform the narrative, empowering women to tap into their full potential. With a focus on inner growth and personal empowerment. I am renowned for my personable, challenging, and encouraging approach when working with and coaching my clients.

I strongly believe and have an evidence base that highlights that true potential comes from working within and that means working on the whole self. This includes using coaching, breathwork, and rapid story reframe techniques, to allow my clients to feel and see amazing results. What's more, these results are felt in their professional and personal lives due to the ripple effect of the work completed.
